In keeping with the vision and mission of the School, we hope to provide families requiring financial assistance with the support they need. Only by making the School accessible to all do we secure the warm, welcoming, and robust community we enjoy at WCMS.

The rising cost in private education requires a yearly increase in tuition to all our students. While we strive to maintain highly competitive tuition fees relative to our peer schools, modest tuition increases are necessary to fund the rising expenses of the School. Currently we award over $50,000 per year in direct financial aid, subsidies, and discounts. However, this represents only 87% of the eligible requests for assistance. As we look to the future, we estimate that we will have an increasing number of requests that we will not be able to honor without increases in our financial aid funding.

The School requires the resources to offer more student scholarships and ensure that the affordability of the School is maintained at every level from preschool classes to our valued music appreciation offerings for adults. With abundant scholarships, the School becomes more accessible and attractive to students who might not otherwise consider pursuing a musical education.
