Singing for Children (Ages 5–8)
Designed with young singers in mind, this group class includes folk songs, singing games, songs from movies, children's rhymes, and choral repertoire suitable for children. Young singers will discover how to use their voice, improve diction, be part of a team, and follow a conductor. Like all of our children's Eurhythmics offerings, this class gives children the opportunity to learn basic elements of ear-training and rhythm through experiences that are interactive and social.
The class will perform at least two concerts during the year. Maximum: 20 students. For children ages 5–8 as of 9/1/2019.
Spring semester begins: February 3, 2020
Note: This program can accept new students until the fourth class of the semester. Fall semester students can continue into spring; each semester will offer new activities. New students can also join in spring.
Tuition per semester: $260 (16 classes, 45 minutes)
10% discount for WCMS private lesson students
