Enrolling Now: Fall Semester Begins September 8
A group for adults with memory challenges or mild cognitive impairment and their caregivers.
Join us for a warm, welcoming, and engaging music therapy group designed for individuals experiencing challenges in memory, thinking, or mild cognitive impairment.
Led by our board-certified music therapist, Shayla McDermott, this weekly session uses the neurological benefit of music to stimulate memory, support cognitive functioning, provide an emotional outlet, and build connections with other individuals with memory challenges and their caregivers. Group experiences may include singing familiar songs, sharing memories, and playing small percussion instruments.
No prior musical experience is necessary—just a willingness to participate at your comfort level.
Note: This program will run every 8 weeks with open enrollment. New participants can join at any time, and tuition will be prorated.
