Musical Beginnings (Age 4)
Musical Beginnings is your child's first musical steps without his/her parents. Developing a strong movement vocabulary associated with music and rhythm, this class introduces skills that build a foundation for further learning. Using the techniques and principles of Dalcroze Eurhythmics, children are immersed in a multi-dimensional approach to learning. Tap, clap, stomp - Eurhythmics is high-energy, engaging, and fun! Through active listening, singing and integrated movement, students are introduced to rhythm, patterns, melodic line and musical form. Maximum of 10 students per section. For children 4 years old as of 9/1/2018.
This class runs both fall and spring semesters. Fall semester students can continue into spring; each semester will offer new activities. New students can also join in spring.
Spring semester begins: January 24, 2019
Tuition per semester: $372 (16 classes)
